Donor Processing and Development Assistant

Donor Processing and Development Assistant

When you think ministry, do you think processing donations? How about providing accurate reports? Setting up appointments? These are typically not the first things that come to mind when someone mentions youth ministry. However, here at Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana, we believe that not everyone is called to directly minister to teenagers, but everyone is called to use their talents to minister.

With that in mind, Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana (YFCNIN) is looking for a Donor Processor/Development Assistant who is passionate about reaching young people with the life-changing message of Jesus and wants to use their administrative skills to make a difference in this community! This individual will be a utility player within the Development department and will work closely with our Development team ensuring quality donor interaction and accurate information.

The right applicant is someone with a willing spirit, who will take the initiative, is a team player, and who is willing to own projects individually. This position will accept, process, and input all donations; Manage our donor database, making clean and accurate data a priority; Serve as administrative and communications assistant for the Development department.

This is a full-time position based out of our YFCNIN main office (6427 Oakbrook Parkway, 46825) in Fort Wayne, IN. We are tucked back into the Brotherhood Mutual Campus, right off I-69, with quick access to downtown Fort Wayne.
