Emmanuel Community Church is located at 12222 US 24 West, Fort Wayne IN 46814. You will enter our parking lot from Amber Road.
Guest and handicapped parking spaces are near each building entry. Greeters will be standing at each door to welcome you and help you find your way around inside the building.
We are one church in several locations - physically and online!
If you are coming to the building for Worship you can typically choose one of three places to worship.
- The Worship Center is our auditorium-style seating area. Live worship and teaching take place in this space during every service of the weekend.
- For families with young children who desire to worship together, we encourage you to check out The Commons. In The Commons, families can watch the worship and teaching as it is simulcast into the room. It's just a great space to try if you have little ones who are active!
- The Family Life Center is our gymnasium that is converted into a worship space on the weekends. The "FLC" is a great place to attend if you are seeking an even more casual experience. In the FLC, you will experience live worship and simulcast teaching.
In all onsite locations, we have handicap-accessible seating and hearing-impaired devices to help you make the most of your experience.
We recommend you try different locations and pick the one that feels most comfortable for you! Please make sure to stop by our Welcome Center located in the main lobby (inside door #2) under the “Welcome” sign so we can meet you and give you a welcome gift.
While our services are happening on campus, there are simultaneously people all over the world engaging with us in God’s Word and each other online.
Attending church online gives you the opportunity to worship and learn as well as engage in the community of believers through our chat feature. You can ask questions and have a conversation and also have an opportunity to join a one-on-one prayer room.
To attend, go to our homepage during service times to watch live. If you missed a recent live broadcast of a sermon, click HERE to access the entire worship services including music and stage presentations. Or if you prefer to watch or listen to just the message, go to the Sermon page HERE. For a list of service times, click HERE.
COME AS YOU ARE
Come as you are. Weekend service dress ranges from suits to jeans. Saturday evenings at Emmanuel are a little more casual, with most wearing jeans.
Families with Children
We encourage families with children (infant through 5th grade) to enter door #1 where one of our children's ministry greeters or staff will assist you. We believe that what we do in the children's ministries is extremely important so we strive to provide quality programming that is not only fun but transforming!
Our staff will help you register your child and direct you to his/her class. Allow 15 minutes on your first visit to get your child checked in. Please click HERE to learn more about what happens in Children's Ministry and to fill out a form that will make your first-time experience checking in much quicker!
What We Believe
Our desire is to focus on the essentials of the Christian faith while keeping the less important issues open to debate and discussion. Our church is a part of the United Brethren Denomination (click HERE to learn more) and our church fathers determined that the following seven items are essential for those who choose to be United Brethren.
