Our goal is to make each person who walks through the doors at Emmanuel feel invited and welcomed. Greeters are a key part of this experience, as they open doors and engage those attending with a welcoming smile and hello. 

Minimum Age: 16

outdoor team

The Hospitality Outdoor Team plays a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming and safe atmosphere for both guests and regular attenders arriving on campus. They coordinate pedestrian crossings, help keep traffic moving smoothly and ensure safety for everyone. Team members are trained to speak up if something seems off and to assist if incidents occur on property. They are the first impression for visitors on campus and thus are a key part in creating a welcoming experience for first time attenders.

Minimum Age: 18

Commitment: monthly

usher

Ushers help remove the distraction and potential stress of finding a seat during weekend services so that attenders can focus their attention on worship and connecting with others. They also assist staff by determining attendance in each location on site and collecting and securing offering baskets.
