Engage with Middle School and High School students through our seasonal events, creating opportunities for them to grow in their faith and build deeper community in the youth ministry. These events include our fall retreat ("Headrush"), service days, winter hangouts ("Winter Chills"), and summer Wednesday connections.

High school Community group leader
Through the practices of eating together, reading Scripture, praying for one another, serving together and sharing fun experiences together, Community Group Leaders mentor and disciple their group so they can experience deeper Christian community and grow to be more like Christ. These groups meet in homes and consist of a small group of students (approximately 6-10) and two adult leaders. They meet on Sundays from 6:30-8pm and are broken down by grade and gender.

ignite leader
Help middle school and high school students discover and follow Jesus by creating a welcoming environment where they can belong, build relationships, and take their next step of faith. Ignite gathers monthly on Wednesdays from 6:30–8:00 p.m. and includes dinner, games, worship, gospel-centered teaching, leader and student stories, and meaningful table conversations. Ignite Leaders welcome students, engage throughout the evening, and invest in relationships that continue beyond the monthly gathering, helping students grow in their faith throughout the year.

ignite MEAL COORDINATOR
Provide and serve a monthly meal that creates a warm, welcoming environment where middle school and high school students can connect. Your hospitality helps students feel known, cared for, and ready to engage in an evening of dinner, worship, gospel-centered teaching, stories, and meaningful conversation. Meal Coordinators are responsible for prepping and serving the monthly Ignite meal and will be reimbursed for whatever is purchased. This is a great opportunity for families, community groups, or friends to serve together.

middle school collide group leader
Empower middle schooler students to reach their fullest potential in Christ by cultivating loving relationships, modeling authentic faith, and encouraging spiritual growth through facilitating small group interactions. Collide groups meet on Sunday nights from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. during the school year and are organized by grade and gender. Collide Group Leaders prepare and lead weekly small group sessions, using provided materials to help students apply Scripture to their lives and deepen their walk with Jesus. An important part of being a Collide Group Leader is creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, where students feel encouraged to share openly and honestly with one another.

Snack Coordinator
Provide and serve food that encourages connections and meaningful conversations among Middle School students. Your role helps create a welcoming atmosphere where relationships can grow and students feel more connected to each other and their faith. You’ll be responsible for purchasing and serving snacks on Sunday nights during the school year, with all expenses reimbursed.
